مطلوب موظفة استقبال كويتية الجنسية للعمل في احدى الشركات التابعة لمؤوسسة نفط الكويت

A leading Kuwaiti Oil & Gas Company is looking for Receptionist – female Kuwaiti as per the following details


Principal responsibilities/duties:
- Answer telephone calls, screen and direct calls
- Attend to visitors and deals with inquiries face to face
- Handles incoming & outgoing mails/couriers
- Manages/Distribute incoming faxes
- Contact maintenance in case of malfunction in office equipments such as photocopier etc.
- Responsible for booking tickets and hotel reservations
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Updates telephone directory
- Responsible for posting announcements on bulletin boards

Working environment:
In a well lit and ventilated office that is equipped with all office tools needed to perform the job.

Qualifications:
Educational requirements:
High School Diploma generally required
Experience required:
2 to 5 years in relevant field
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

Skills required:
- Verbal and written communication skills - Information Management
- Professional personal presentation - Attention to Detail
- Computer literate - Customer Service Oriented

Working days: Sunday – Thursday
2 days off

Salary: up to KD 500
